Welcome to our team page. Our small but efficient staff at the office of Drew R. Wiltman, DDS, has extensive experience in the dental

KAREN WILTMAN
Registered Dental Hygienist
Karen has been in dentistry for over 39 years. She started first as a dental assistant. She has been a registered dental hygienist for over 34 years. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 1983. From 1991 - 1992, Karen served as the Cleveland Dental Hygienist Association President.
She has been treating patients at Dr. Wiltman's office for over 3 decades. Her dental studies in TMD treatment, implant restorations, and cosmetic treatment have taken her all over the country. Karen continues her dental education by learning the latest techniques to improve her skills as a hygienist. She has recently taken a program to update her Monitor Nitrous Oxide Sedation Certificate and CPR skills. Her goal is to create a comfortable and trusting relationship with her patients.
Karen enjoys Zumba, swimming, biking, and spending time with her family.

LEAH KARABA
Practice Manager
Leah is the Practice Manager at Dr. Wiltman's office. She has been with the office for 27 years, and has 32 years of experience in the dental field.
Her duties as the Practice Manager include coordination of treatment plans and finance. Her number one priority is her relationship with her patients. Her first concern is to ensure that patients are comfortable with their dental decisions and their overall dental experience.
Leah loves the outdoors. In her spare time, she likes to garden, travel, swim, snorkel, and scuba. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

DEBBIE SWISHER SHEPKA
Certified Dental Assistant
Debbie began her dental career in her father's dental office over 40 years ago and is proficient in all aspects of the dental office. Her continuing studies currently focus on new techniques in Dental Imaging. She is CPR Certified, and can assist you at chairside as well as the front desk.
She is committed to providing the most pleasant and comfortable dental experience to our patients. She has been with Dr. Wiltman's office for 12 years.
Debbie is an artist. She enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, history, and spending time with her grandchildren.
